  • Sovereign timing of paperwork through governmental agencies
  • Successful Bond Sale (ANSWERED PRAYER)
  • Resources, Equipment and Ca$h in the right quantities at the right times
  • Volunteer help at the right times
  • For God to be glorified in the whole project
