We’ve had an awesome time at VBS learning about God, the Lord’s Prayer and how we can have our dirty hearts cleaned so we can enter God’s perfect heaven! Enjoy the pictures below and if you have a story to share from VBS, post it as a comment! We would love to know about it!
You can see all of our pictures on flickr at http://www.flickr.com/photos/30021547@N05/sets/
We are also working on posting all the pictures on our own church website at http://cedarhome.org/images
Youtube videos are on the way too.

I can’t believe you didn’t get any responses. My grandchildren went to VBS and I saw them on the videos. They looked to be having a lot of fun, and I loved the Jambo song. I am going to sing it when I go visit them today, and see if they remember it. thank you for helping to teach my grandchildren about Jesus. VBS is a continuation of what we do with them at home. And it looks as though the things they learned was fun and truth at the same time. That helps them realize that being a Christian doesn’t mean you have to be so serious, but that you can have fun also. My grandchildren are Jonathan and Madison Ellis, and we are thinking of coming to the church for Sunday, checking it out. Again, God Bless Your work with the children. Sylvia
Just wanted to thank you for the kind comments! Most of our church people aren’t really web people and they are kind of quiet and shy typically too, so that’s why there haven’t been many comments.
We had a great time at VBS and are so glad your grandchildren Jonathan and Madison Ellis came! We are so glad that it is an extension of what you are teaching them at home. The home is definitely where these things should be taught, but not all (grand)children are so lucky.
Sunday mornings aren’t quite as much fun as VBS (less waterballoons, for example) but as long as the kids can play together and learn together about God, it is still a great thing to be a part of.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can do to make you feel welcome here at Cedarhome!
God bless!
