June 28th – July 1st: Family Campout at Wenatchee Confluence State Park. We haven’t done one of these in years so join the rest of your church family for a weekend to remember! For park info, visit: http://www.parks.wa.gov/parks/?selectedpark=Wenatchee. More Details to follow.
August 17th – 19th: Stanwood/Camano Men’s Campout at Camano Island State Park group camp and cabins with other area churches. $30 per man will cover your food, camping and parking for the weekend… including a Crab & Rib feed on Saturday night!

Please note that the Men’s breakfast for Saturday, April 21st will instead be a work day at Warm Beach Camp.  Please be there at 7:30 am for coffee and donuts.  We have lots of work to do, so we need lots of men from Cedarhome Baptist to step up and serve this Saturday!  Contact Josh or the church office for more information.  Thanks!

Men’s Advance 2012 at Warm Beach Camp is next week…which means this is your last chance to sign up and pay.  The cost is $89 per man age 13 and older (includes program and meals all weekend as a commuter).  We do have scholarships available to help with the cost.  Call Josh Flickner (425-508-3484) if you have questions.

Freedom in Christ (by Neil T. Anderson) led by Darrell Weiland in the Chapel…learn how to resolve personal & spiritual conflicts, renew your mind and experience victory as a child of God.

The Sermon on the Mount led by Chris Maier in the fellowship hall.

The Book of Genesis led by Jason Kelley in the Worship Center (starts back up March 4).

Hey Guys,
Our next Bible Study is Saturday, Feb. 18th from 8am – 9:30am following a delicious, hearty breakfast. We’ll be continuing our “Be a Man…” series with a viewing of Mark Driscoll’s “Marriage & Men” sermon. Our goal with this series is to study and discuss the characteristics of the man God made each of us to be. I hope you’ll join us… and don’t forget your Bible!
We are also starting sign ups for our 3 events coming up, don’t wait:
Mar 2 – 4: Men’s Advance @ Warm Beach Camp, $89 incl. event + meals
June 28 – Jul 1: Family Campout @ Wenatchee Confluence State Park, around $35 per family covers camping but meals and transportation on your own. Activities will include: Volleyball, Football, Bocce Ball, Swimming, Hiking, Board Games, Childrens activities, Croquet and more!
August 17 – 19: Community Men’s Campout @ Camano State Park, $30 includes camping + meals. Make checks payable to “ROL” or “River of Life”. Max 150 guys & their sons!

Consider attending ‘The Art of Marriage’ on Feb 3rd & 4th.  This is a Family Life conference, sponsored by Island Baptist.  Online registration is easy at https://islandbaptistchurch.webconnex.com/art_of_marriage.  Cost is $50/couple (lunch included), and the event runs from 7-9:30pm on Friday and 9am-4pm on Saturday.

The Art of Marriage consists of six video sessions and an accompanying manual that provides couples with projects to help apply the principles taught during each session. The Art of Marriage brings together some of the most respected and influential pastors and experts on marriage and family all in one setting. It also brings a fresh approach to a video event by weaving together some of the following elements to help couples fully experience God’s design for marriage:
