Games Coordinator – Friday only
2 Dramatic Storytellers – Monday or Friday, 1 day each
4 total for: Guides for Pre-K, 4th Grade, and 5th grade
18 – Middle/High School helpers to be assistant guides for each grade level
Bible Memory Games Coordinator
Decorations Coordinator and team – 3 or 4 areas (Woodsy/Camping theme)
3′s class teachers and helpers (2 adults, 2 teens) (for helpers kids)
2 Nursery helpers
Skit Coordinator and 5 student actors (middle school to college age)

Tonight, Tuesday, May 8th at 6:00 pm, a group from Cedarhome is meeting in the fellowship hall to pray, grab VBS fliers and pass them out.  Anyone is welcome to join.  For more info contact Nancy Hansen.

We already have a great team of people who have volunteered to lead and help with VBS.  It’s not too late to join the party.  Most specifically we are looking for a decorations coordinator.  We have some helpers already, but we need a leader for this.  We are sure that just about everyone can pitch in towards our summer outreach somehow. Take a look through the names below and if you still have questions, talk to Nancy Hansen, Nicole Mitchell or contact the church office!

As you can see, we’ve got a great set of leaders already signed up.  We still need a Decoration Coordinator, 4th Grade Guide(s) and lots of helpers (middle schoolers and high schooler are welcome too! hint hint …) We also need some more help and a care coordinator for the helpers children, AKA Nursery coordinator & 3′s teacher/lead (and helpers) for kids 0-2 and a 3 yr old class. Even if you can just help in the nursery 1 day, we would love to know!

Also, even if you are going to be out of town or at work that week, maybe you could help prepare snacks, crafts, decorations, etc…
